D.C. Pro is trying something new at this year's national convention, which starts Thursday in Indianapolis. It's also something very new for me - the mojo life. Pardon me - that's MoJo, as in Mobile Journalist.

I have a new (for me) electronic gadget that lets me enter the heavily populated universe of remote interconnectedness.

I don't know how long it will take before I'm comfortable hunting and pecking on this mini-keyboard.

But I've already experienced the search for a WiFi connection. Without it, I can't communicate.

Having a pen that works is no longer enough.
